• 【MATERIAL】
• The blade of our sword is made of clay tempered T10 steel. The Tsuba, Kashirais, and Fuchi are made of alloy. The Saya is made of real hard wood with lacquer, while the Tsuka (Handle) is made of Ray Skin (Samegawa) and wrapped with synthetic cord rope. The Habaki and Seppa of the sword are made of yellow pure copper.
• 【PRODUCTION PROCESS】
• This sword is meticulously crafted using traditional techniques. The blade is forged and polished repeatedly, folded over 10 times to enhance flexibility and hardness. Throughout the entire process, from material selection to final assembly, every step is done manually. The handle and blade are secured with two bamboo nails, ensuring that the blade will remain fixed to the handle under any circumstance.
